The editorial

With nearly 600 years of combined history, Potel et Chabot, Saintclair and Dalloyau have created a unique know-how that is made of excellence. Our Houses cultivate the French art of hospitality. They perpetuate what makes French gastronomy unique with one conviction: there are no big events without great cuisine.
The cuisine, the baking, the service and the scenography tell a story. They are the signature of our Houses. Each one in its own way, with its identity, its cuisine, its chefs and its teams, promotes our professions and our know-how in France and throughout the world with the same high standards.
These Houses are women and men: cooks, bakers, bakers, butlers, sommeliers, project directors, designers, artisans, scenographers, who share a passion for the good and the beautiful.
At the Potel et Chabot Group, our ambition lies in a few words: to imagine and design the most beautiful events, to share the best cuisine and to please.

Welcome to the Potel et Chabot Group.
