Dalloyau joins the Potel et Chabot Group: towards a revival of pastry excellence

The Paris Commercial Court has appointed Potel et Chabot as the purchaser of Maison Dalloyau, founded in 1682 and the oldest French luxury caterer. This integration reinforces the position of the Potel et Chabot Group as a major player in luxury event gastronomy, recognized for its know-how, its gastronomic offer and its unique art of service and staging. Amir Nahai, President of the Group, states: “With the support of Potel and Chabot and by joining the Accor Group's experiential ecosystem, the Maison Dalloyau team will be in a position to accelerate the development of this legendary house, and will benefit from strengthened human and financial resources to regain the path of growth and sustainability. Dalloyau is a jewel and we will give it its full place so that it regains its brilliance in the eyes of the greatest number of people, in France and internationally.”

Luxury pastry: Dalloyau enters the Potel et Chabot universe

The strategic plan includes the creation of a luxury pastry offer, the acceleration of B2B activities and investments in customer experience, operational tools and marketing. All employees and assets of Maison Dalloyau are taken over, guaranteeing the continuity and sustainability of this institution. Maison Dalloyau will also benefit from strengthened marketing support to raise awareness of the repositioning of its offer. With a solid and recognized and integrated shareholder alongside strong experiential brands, Maison Dalloyau is thus opening a new chapter in its multi-secular history and is now in a position to regain profitable and sustainable growth.
