The Group is unveiling a completely redesigned brand platform, which is in line with its history while opening a new chapter of excellence. Revealed on October 15 in Paris, this vision celebrates French know-how and high standards. In this dynamic, Potel et Chabot, a founding company with more than 200 years of history, places gastronomy and entertainment at the heart of each of its events.
Complementary positions for its houses to respond to all types of support and events
The Saint Clair brand is enriching its universe with the creation of the Petit Clair range, designed as a modern expression of event gastronomy. At the same time, the Group is structuring its international development with the creation of the M&E division, an entity dedicated to the establishment of its expertise internationally, with a strong specialization in the worlds of culture, aeronautics and sport. Finally, Dalloyau, an emblematic house founded in Versailles in 1682, perpetuates the great classics of French pastry through an exclusive retail offer that is faithful to its heritage.
