A cornerstone of French culinary heritage since 1682, Dalloyau is opening a new chapter in its history. This July, the Maison returns to its iconic address at 101 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré. Recently acquired by the Potel et Chabot Group, the brand entrusted the transformation of this space to Tihany Design. The interior architecture, designed with a quiet luxury aesthetic, features premium materials: Versailles parquet, solid oak, brass, and Calacatta Oro marble. This refined, light-filled setting brings together a boutique, a bakery, a takeaway counter, and a tea room all under one roof.
At the heart of this revival, the Maison reaffirms its commitment to excellence: everything is crafted on-site, elevating fresh ingredients with flawless technical mastery. Driven by pastry chef Mathilda Fouré, who brings a wealth of experience from prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, our sweet repertoire has regained its intensity. Iconic creations like the Opéra, Saint-Honoré, and Paris-Brest have been thoughtfully reinterpreted—anchored in the present while remaining true to the Dalloyau DNA. From breakfast and refined teatime to our private chef’s table, this new chapter celebrates a lifestyle that is vibrantly alive and generous.
