Invest in the renovation of our facilities


In 2025 and 2026, we are transforming the Chaillot and Sèvres production labs and modernizing our Pavillons to enhance comfort, safety, and quality of life for our teams, in line with our environmental ambitions.

Achieve a professional equality index of 90/100


We are implementing concrete actions to promote pay equity, fairness in promotions, and the representation of women in leadership roles, notably through a newly established professional equality agreement.

Improve our employee satisfaction rate (Happy Index at Work)


We assess our employees’ sentiment each year through the Happy Index at Work. We work closely with social partners to improve quality of life and working conditions, while strengthening the attractiveness of our group. We regularly train our managers. Since December 2025, we have also been signatories of the French government’s mental health charter, supporting both employees and managers in preventing psychosocial risks.

Increase the share of permanent and temporary staff from inclusion pathways


We are committed to fostering the inclusion of people with disabilities within both our permanent and temporary workforce. To this end, we develop partnerships with Établissements et Services d’Accompagnement par le Travail (ESAT), organizations dedicated to integration through economic activity, and Entreprises Adaptées, enabling us to integrate diverse profiles into our service, kitchen, and logistics teams.

Increase employee training rates


We invest in skills development through technical, managerial, and role-specific training programs to cultivate excellence within our teams. The transmission of expertise is also embodied through partnerships with nearly forty schools, as well as by welcoming interns and apprentices into our teams each year.
