Renewal of the ISO 20121 certification: the Potel et Chabot Group reaffirms control and responsibility at the heart of its event catering business

The Potel et Chabot Group is proud to announce the renewal of its ISO 20121 certification in October 2025, confirming the solidity of its responsible management of event activity. First obtained in 2022, this international certification attests to the Group's ability to reduce its social, environmental and economic impacts while maintaining a recognized level of excellence.

The 2025 audit confirms the maturity of our CSR approach The audit conducted by Bureau Veritas in September 2025, lasting 5 days and conducted on 5 of our sites, confirms the rigor of our CSR approach, and in particular:

  • the strong mobilization of our various professions on CSR topics (cooking & pastry, scenography, service, logistics)
  • an exemplary integration of Maison Dalloyau, which was already ISO 20121 certified, into the group's responsible management system
  • very high quality event offers, designed in accordance with the principles of sustainability

Actions at the heart of our CSR performance

The ISO 20121 certification attests to concrete projects structured around three pillars.

The preservation of natural resources, with:

  • the reduction of our carbon footprint calculated annually since 2022, thanks to eco-design, the greening of the fleet and the modernization of our refrigeration installations
  • the control of water, electricity and gas consumption, including photovoltaic panels installed in Argenteuil, and centralized management systems on our sites
  • +20% in the rate of waste recovered over the last 3 years, thanks to widespread selective collection
  • the reduction of single-use purchases, through washable dishes, the deposit of glass and reusable alternatives
  • the eco-design of the scenographies, with European materials and local and seasonal floral decorations

Exceptional responsible gastronomy, with:

  • the active fight against food waste, at the source, and through donations
  • a priority given to seasonal products (more than 80% of our purchases), local and labeled
  • a gourmet plant-based offer
  • responsible seafood
  • 100% open-air eggs

The support of our talents, with:

  • the renovation of our laboratories, offices and logistics center to improve comfort and safety
  • new measures signed with the social partners at the end of 2025 to enable professional equality between women and men, and to strengthen the quality of life at work
  • the reception of profiles in professional integration and in a situation of disability
  • the continuing training of our teams

This ISO 20121 renewal confirms the excellence and CSR performance of the Potel et Chabot Group and the progress of our responsible management system. It is based on actions already undertaken and on very concrete objectives for 2026: continuing to modernize our facilities, reducing the use of disposable items, defining responsible purchasing priorities by product family, reducing food waste and developing integration. These projects concern all of our three Maisons — Potel et Chabot, Saint Clair Le Traiteur and Dalloyau — and will guide the monitoring of our performances in the coming months.
