The Tea Room

Joyfully informal, relaxed, and lively, this tea room offers a continuous gourmet selection throughout the day: pastries, cooked eggs, avocado toast, croques, lobster salad for lunch, and a gourmet offering for tea time. In this refined enclave, the impeccable service and elegant tableware, custom-made by the Italian manufacturer Ginori 1735, enhance an experience designed for everyone. For children, the "Children's Afternoon Tea" celebrates indulgence and generosity with the same commitment to quality.

On weekends, brunch is served from noon to 3 PM, featuring iconic dishes prepared on-site with exceptional products, such as an ultra-soft and generous croque-monsieur.

Around forty recipes make up the collection: the House's emblematic signatures stand alongside timeless classics and seasonal creations. The Opéra, the Dalloyau, the Mille-feuille, the Paris-Versailles, and the three-tiered Religieuse lead the way, all re-imagined in a quest for absolute balance.

Bakery: An artisanal bakery where homemade quality, generous formats, and exceptional recipes celebrate the daily pleasure of bread.

Chocolaterie: A refined chocolate shop showcasing ganaches, pralines, and sweet treats, honoring the House's historical expertise.

The Counter:

The Chef's Table

Behind the gilded glass inspired by the mirrors of the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, the table takes on an unexpected, almost secret role, where conviviality is experienced right at the heart of the action. With 8 to 10 guests, the personalized menu is savored facing the kitchen brigade.

Every day, the Dalloyau teams perpetuate demanding artisanal expertise, guided by a shared passion for excellence. At the heart of our establishment, all creations are made entirely on-site: creams, biscuits, inserts, compotes, glazes, and decorations are prepared in-house with rigor and precision.
Homemade is a daily commitment expressed at every stage of production. This mastery of craftsmanship ensures consistent quality, complete traceability, and unrivalled freshness.
Prepared daily, the creations then move to the display cases where the teams take over to present them, offer advice, and introduce them to customers.
